Demi Chef de Partie - Banquets (Arabic Cuisine)

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. As a Demi Chef de Partie – Banquets, you will support the Arabic section of the kitchen, helping to ensure the outlet operates smoothly and meets the hotel's standards and financial objectives. The position reports to the Chef de Partie and works closely with the banquet team to prepare and present Arabic dishes for large events and functions, ensuring quality and timely service.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a Commis Chef or as an Apprentice in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards, preferably within luxury international brands.
• Previous experience in luxury international hotel brands is preferred.
• A formal qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is considered an advantage and demonstrates a solid foundation in culinary operations.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Required skills

• Use of a Recipe Maintenance System.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
