About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will work within the restaurant kitchen of Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, supporting daily operations and contributing to the creation of high‑quality culinary experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes in line with the hotel’s culinary standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices.
• Assist in menu development and recommend seasonal changes.
• Support asset management and upkeep of kitchen equipment.
• Participate in training sessions and promote teamwork across departments.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with local market suppliers and seasonal product availability.
• Ability to follow checklists, cleaning schedules, and safety protocols.
