Demi Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Join the culinary team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. As a Demi Chef de Partie you will support daily food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, taste and presentation across all service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, sauces, garnishes and other food items according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain consistency and high quality of dishes during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and other service periods.
• Follow food handling, hygiene, sanitation and HACCP procedures at all times.
• Support stock‑taking, receiving, labeling and FIFO rotation of supplies.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, minimize waste and ensure proper portion control.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and report equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or similar role in a hotel, resort or restaurant.
• Culinary qualification or professional training is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and a positive, learning attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
