About the role
The Autograph Collection is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie specializing in pastry to join its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing a variety of pastry items, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the kitchen during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pastry items according to recipes, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
- Regulate oven, broiler, grill and roaster temperatures, and manage thawing, portioning, and garnishing of dishes.
- Maintain food logs, monitor quality and quantity of prepared items, and communicate specials or out‑of‑stock items to service staff.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and coaching team members, and uphold safety, security and uniform standards.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree related to culinary arts.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant pastry experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
