About the role

The Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join its restaurant kitchen team. You will work in a luxury resort environment, delivering high‑quality pastry dishes while supporting the overall culinary operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all pastry preparation activities within the restaurant kitchen, ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Support the development and maintenance of restaurant concepts and standards.
• Stay informed about the local market and suppliers, recommending menu changes based on seasonal product availability.
• Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to guarantee consistent quality.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and outlet safety practices, including proper storage, rotation, and dating of ingredients.
• Manage assets and property of the outlet, ensuring equipment is well‑maintained.
• Participate in departmental training and share knowledge with team members.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental communication and cooperation.
• Oversee adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
