About the role
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join its culinary team. Based in Dubai, the role involves preparing high‑quality pastry dishes within a luxury hotel environment, upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality and culinary excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with the pastry team to deliver innovative desserts and support the restaurant’s menu development, contributing to a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all activities within a restaurant kitchen, ensuring safe, smooth, and profitable operation.
- Support development of restaurant concepts and standards, recommending menu changes based on seasonal availability.
- Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to maintain consistent quality.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation practices, including proper storage, dating, and rotation.
- Manage outlet safety and asset protection, overseeing cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Participate in departmental training and promote positive inter‑departmental communication.
