About the role
Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Demi Chef de Partie (Pool & Bar) you will oversee the preparation of high‑quality dishes and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for guests at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Season, cook and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing support and guidance in the absence of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, preventing cross‑contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage conditions and stock rotation.
- Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations to protect guests and team members.
- Assist guests with inquiries promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
