Demo Presenter / Client Engagement Executive

About the role

Dxesk is seeking a confident Demo Presenter / Client Engagement Executive to drive business development in the local market. The role is fully remote and involves identifying prospects, delivering online product demos, and tailoring IT/software solutions to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads using digital and traditional channels.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services in English and the employee’s native language.
• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Analyze client requirements and propose suitable IT/software solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with multinational teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the native language of the employee’s country.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Confidence in online demonstrations, follow‑ups, and remote teamwork.
