Deployment Strategist (Remote, UAE)

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist you will join a cross‑functional team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go‑to‑Market professionals and product engineers to roll out ElevenAgents – ElevenLabs’ enterprise AI platform – for strategic customers across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, identify pain points in customer‑facing and operational workflows, and define high‑impact use cases.
• Own flagship deals end‑to‑end, from use‑case identification through commercial structuring (outcome‑based pricing, license fees, implementation terms) to closing.
• Embed yourself within customer organisations, act as a trusted partner on‑site, and drive delivery outcomes as if part of their team.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to prototype, demo and implement AI agents that address identified workflows.
• Guide customers on best practices for agent design, orchestration and production readiness to maximise adoption.
• Present results and future proposals to technical teams and C‑suite executives, and feed field insights back to ElevenLabs’ research teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous projects, drive them to completion and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial instinct with experience structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Adaptability to work across different industries, customer environments and technical use cases.

Required skills

• Python (basic proficiency for prototyping and demos).
• API integration experience.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLM) and AI agent frameworks.
