Deputy Boutique Manager

About the role

You will support the Boutique Manager in achieving sustainable business ambitions by ensuring excellent boutique operations and assisting with the Boutique Manager’s responsibilities. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and client relationship management in a luxury watch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with group policies, commercial rules and retail procedures, and support internal and external audits.
• Oversee safety, security and maintenance of the boutique, including supplier procurement.
• Manage day‑to‑day boutique operations, inventory levels, stock movements and quality control.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures, handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate daily transactions.
• Partner with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets, develop client portfolios and execute boutique action plans.
• Motivate and schedule the team, support recruitment, onboarding and training on brand history and collections.
• Deliver personalized client experiences, manage omni‑channel activities and implement CRM strategies to grow the client database.
• Handle complex customer service issues and ensure prompt resolution and escalation when needed.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented, self‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Strong sense of luxury, attention to detail and passion for exceptional client experiences.
• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watches or jewellery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team player with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
