About the role
DesignLink seeks a Design Architect to lead projects from concept through detailed design, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Appraise client briefs and develop concept designs with above‑average ability or strong potential.
- Manage projects from early concept stage to detailed design, overseeing CAD drawings and documentation.
- Report regularly to the Head of Department on progress, quality, resources, and site or planning issues.
- Plan project production programmes and deliverables for each stage.
Required profile
- B.Arch, M.Arch or B.Sc in Architecture with 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience, including 2‑3 recent years in the UAE.
- Creative, passionate about design, and able to work professionally with new and existing clients.
- Excellent team player, decisive, clear communicator with strong technical judgement.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and any 3D modelling software.
- Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail.
