Design Engineer / Network Engineer

About the role

The organization is seeking technically skilled and detail-oriented professionals for two positions: Design Engineer and Network Engineer. Both roles focus on engineering design, technical analysis, network infrastructure, system optimization and the development of reliable technical solutions. Candidates should show strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and a commitment to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design Engineer: develop, evaluate and refine engineering designs to meet technical specifications and project requirements; prepare design drawings, review engineering specifications and perform technical calculations; evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Design Engineer: collaborate with engineering teams, project coordinators and stakeholders; conduct design reviews, select materials and components, prepare technical documentation, evaluate design alternatives and resolve engineering issues.
• Design Engineer: help improve product functionality, optimize resource use and ensure designs comply with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Network Engineer: design, implement, maintain and optimize network infrastructure for reliable communication and data connectivity.
• Network Engineer: configure network devices, monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain network security and availability.
• Network Engineer: manage routers and switches, maintain network documentation, evaluate network capacity, implement configuration changes and support network upgrades.
• Network Engineer: contribute to performance optimization, access control, incident resolution and secure, scalable networking solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, system analysis and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements, investigate issues and develop practical solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to technical accuracy, system reliability, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn emerging technologies and tools.

Required skills

• Advantageous for Design Engineer: familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD software, design calculations and technical documentation.
• Beneficial for Network Engineer: knowledge of network architecture, TCP/IP, routing, switching and network troubleshooting.
• Advantageous: network monitoring tools, firewalls, network security and cloud networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering or networking tools.
