Design Lead – Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Zofeur, the UAE’s on‑demand personal chauffeur service, is seeking a Design Lead to elevate its creative output across digital and offline channels. The role blends visual design expertise with content creation, turning briefs and product insights into premium, scroll‑stopping assets that resonate locally.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital creatives for emailers, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, banner ads, and paid media on Meta, Google Display, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft campaign narratives aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead concept development, messaging frameworks, and visual storytelling across all channels.
• Create offline marketing materials such as standees, banners, flyers, and event printables.
• Translate campaign briefs into high‑performing creatives with rapid feedback cycles.
• Optimize assets for platform‑specific formats to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) to boost design innovation and workflow efficiency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of professional design experience, preferably in tech or fast‑paced startup environments.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor designers while remaining hands‑on in production.
• Strong short‑form writing skills for headlines, captions, and ad copy.
• Deep understanding of platform‑specific formats and marketing best practices.
