Design & Projects Manager – Luxury Interiors & Premium Environments

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for a Design & Projects Manager to lead the creation of luxury interior spaces across its UAE and international portfolio. The role combines creative vision, architectural discipline and rigorous project delivery to ensure environments reflect the Emirates brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into detailed interior design specifications, cost frameworks and schedules.
• Lead fit‑out and renovation programmes from concept through commissioning, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and on‑time delivery.
• Define and embed interior design standards across commercial properties while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee material, finish and design submissions, safeguarding design integrity and commercial value.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders, resolving challenges and securing project certification.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours in Architecture or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on interior design and project management.
• More than eight years of experience in facilities, maintenance or large‑scale commercial interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven portfolio of high‑end interior design, fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, consultants and diverse stakeholder groups.
