Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic developmental‑behavioral pediatrician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing children with developmental and behavioral concerns, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing management and follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with therapists, speech‑language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care.
• Educate and counsel families on developmental milestones, behavior‑management strategies, and available support resources.
• Stay current with research, treatments, and technologies in developmental‑behavioral pediatrics.
• Participate in professional development activities, meetings, and conferences.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency in pediatrics; fellowship in developmental‑behavioral pediatrics preferred.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum two years of experience in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
• Strong understanding of child development, behavioral psychology, and psychiatric disorders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
