DevOps Engineer – UAE National (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is an UAE national to join a strategic technology organization driving digital transformation across the UAE financial ecosystem. You will work with a high‑caliber engineering team to build and support mission‑critical, cloud‑native platforms that enable next‑generation digital payments and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance cloud‑native platforms that power critical financial technology services.
• Manage production environments to ensure reliability, scalability and performance.
• Deploy and operate containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to accelerate software delivery.
• Automate operational processes with Bash and Python scripting.
• Monitor platform health and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, security teams and platform specialists.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernisation and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book required).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a current role.
• Experience supporting live production environments.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration abilities.
