DevSecOps Manager

About the role

The DevSecOps Manager will lead the design, implementation and governance of a secure, automated delivery platform across hybrid‑cloud environments. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive transformation initiatives that accelerate secure application delivery while improving developer productivity and platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Establish an enterprise‑wide DevSecOps operating model and governance framework.
• Design, deploy and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters and GitLab CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
• Integrate Microsoft Azure services with on‑premise infrastructure to support a hybrid multi‑cloud strategy.
• Implement automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Ansible, Terraform and Helm.
• Embed security controls throughout the software development lifecycle and improve overall security posture.
• Provide observability through Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or OpenTelemetry.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in enterprise operational environments under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
