Digital Agency Web Project Manager

About the role

GTECH Information Technology is seeking a hands‑on Digital Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of web applications and digital projects. You will be the single point of accountability, coordinating developers, designers, SEO and digital marketing specialists, and clients to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run the full lifecycle of web application and website projects, from kickoff to launch and handover.
• Act as the primary client contact, setting expectations, presenting deliverables, and providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content writers, paid‑media specialists) and assign tasks.
• Own SEO delivery, ensuring technical SEO best practices are integrated and coordinating on‑page, content, and off‑page work.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social, email, content) tracking timelines, budgets, and KPI performance.
• Maintain clear project documentation, manage scope, risks, and change requests, and run agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager in a digital agency, web development, or software environment.
• UAE‑based experience with a proven track record delivering projects for Dubai/UAE clients.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to run multiple projects in parallel, and confident English communication.
• Hands‑on experience with project management and collaboration tools.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack.
• SEO knowledge (technical and on‑page) and digital marketing channels (PPC, social, email, content).
• Google Analytics / Google Ads certifications, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, basic understanding of APIs and hosting.
