Digital and Social Producer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Time Out Abu Dhabi is looking for a creative Digital and Social Producer to discover, write and visualise compelling city stories. You will be on the ground in Abu Dhabi, turning fresh ideas into engaging website articles and social‑media content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Research, pitch and write lifestyle and city stories for the Time Out Abu Dhabi website.
• Capture, edit and publish short‑ and long‑form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Craft attention‑grabbing headlines, captions and scripts that align with the brand voice.
• Maintain a daily content calendar and meet publishing targets while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Stay informed about local news, events, openings, trends and viral moments relevant to Abu Dhabi.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and refine content strategies.
• Adapt quickly to new social‑media features and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating lifestyle, entertainment or city‑focused stories.
• Strong editorial instincts and an eye for what makes a story click.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of social‑media trends and audience behaviour.
• Independent worker who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility to attend events outside standard hours.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
