Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

MOJEH Magazine is seeking a hands‑on Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to support both MOJEH and MOJEH Men. The junior role blends digital writing, social media coordination and end‑to‑end content production, offering a pathway to greater editorial responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write and publish original fashion, beauty and lifestyle articles, adapting print stories for the website and optimizing them for SEO.
• Manage the CMS, ensuring high‑quality copy, imagery and on‑page metadata.
• Plan, coordinate and maintain the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create platform‑specific captions, scripts and short‑form video concepts; film interviews, behind‑the‑scenes footage and event coverage.
• Edit and publish Reels, TikTok clips, YouTube Shorts and Stories, monitor engagement and support community management.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Proactive storytelling mindset, able to source stories, personalities and content opportunities independently.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate shoots, interviews and deadlines in a fast‑moving editorial environment.
• Flexibility to attend shoots, launches and events, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Premiere Pro) and CapCut for design and video editing.
• Experience with CMS publishing and basic SEO principles.
• Proficiency in filming and using mobile or camera equipment for interviews and event coverage.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their content formats.
