Digital Content Specialist - Sinyar Graduate Programme

About the role

As part of the Sinyar Graduate Programme, Al-Futtaim is recruiting a Digital Content Specialist to join IKEA within Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai. The role suits fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also considered. You will help shape how customers experience IKEA across digital channels, creating content for campaigns, products and customer communications while gaining exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and optimise customer-facing content across website, app, email, push notifications and WhatsApp, adapting campaign, product and service messaging while keeping IKEA's tone of voice.
• Support content planning in line with trading priorities, content calendars and campaign schedules, and work with Merchandising teams on global launches, new products, seasonal activities and commercial campaigns.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Apply SEO and digital content best practices, use customer insights and performance data to improve content, and monitor customer behaviour to find engagement opportunities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver content, and support cross-functional projects across digital content, copywriting and customer communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above; fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in digital content, copywriting and customer engagement.
• Good written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Creative, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, Adobe InCopy or InDesign is an advantage.
