Digital Designer – Internal Communication

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Digital Designer to support all business units in creating, managing and maintaining on‑brand digital assets that enhance internal communications and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce campaigns and content (written, static, video, HTML) for internal platforms aligned with the communications calendar.
- Review, edit and produce company announcements, newsletters and written materials to ensure clear, effective communication.
- Maintain consistency with internal brand guidelines by developing templates, toolkits and digital assets.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of digital internal communication campaigns, providing insights and design improvements.
- Conduct periodic audits of internal communication channels and digital assets, recommending enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of digital design capabilities.
