About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day strategy and execution of the affiliate marketing program.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to ensure high performance and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal production teams for requirement & campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
- Recruit new affiliates/partners.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate policies and regulations.
- Optimize campaign performance based on data analysis.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background in Finance/Business Management/Economics is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or similar sectors is a plus.
- Digital Marketing studies or courses are a plus.
