Digital Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The role will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels and online presence.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging, accurate, and SEO‑friendly web and social media content.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate with internal teams and creative partners.
• Prepare basic design briefs and coordinate with designers when required.
• Track and report key marketing performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with business objectives and brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and campaign execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of SEO and web content writing.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of design and visual content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, holiday homes, or property management is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Dubai.
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
