Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Abu Dhabi office. The role will drive our online presence, plan and execute digital campaigns, and support the broader marketing strategy of SERGAS Group, a leader in the oil, gas and renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Analyse web traffic and campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Manage and grow SERGAS Group’s social media profiles.
• Create, edit and optimise web and social content to engage target audiences.
• Support lead generation, conversion tracking, remarketing and audience targeting initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital tactics with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency and monitor online reputation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of marketing and communication strategies.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital platform management.
• Experience in web content writing and optimisation.
• Good understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, remarketing and audience targeting.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, reporting dashboards, SEO and website management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Knowledge of the oil & gas or renewable energy industry is a plus.
