Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are expanding our Digital Marketing team to drive the online performance of a portfolio of restaurant brands in Dubai. The Digital Marketing Executive will own day‑to‑day paid and organic campaigns, create compelling content, and translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat.
• Own organic social calendars for Instagram and TikTok, balancing food, people, venue and promotional content.
• Write ad copy, social captions, email newsletters, landing pages and Google Business posts in each brand’s voice.
• Design static, carousel, story and simple motion‑graphic assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and produce clear creative briefs.
• Track weekly and monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, reservations, delivery orders) and deliver performance dashboards with recommendations.
• Maintain and optimise Google Business profiles, menus, listings and manage online reviews.
• Coordinate campaign roll‑outs with restaurant operations, chefs and the content team.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging platform trends across Dubai’s F&B scene.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategy, writing and planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on ROAS and conversion metrics.
