Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive keeps the digital marketing engine running day‑to‑day. Working under the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you will set up and monitor campaigns, maintain CRM data, handle first‑line WhatsApp and email enquiries, and produce weekly performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns as briefed.
• Build audiences, create retargeting and lead‑generation variants, and flag under‑performing ad sets daily.
• Track spend against approved budgets and raise variances early.
• Enter, tag and route enquiries, broker registrations and portal leads in the CRM; maintain source attribution and run weekly hygiene checks.
• Build and schedule drip‑campaign emails and newsletters; maintain broker and buyer lists with segmentation and unsubscribe compliance.
• Compile weekly performance data (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates) into the standard reporting template.
• Maintain a competitor tracker covering campaigns, pricing moves, launches and messaging.
• Build and update landing pages in Unbounce; run pre‑launch checks on forms, tracking tags and mobile display.
• Provide first‑line responses on Business WhatsApp, log conversations in the CRM, and monitor social‑channel comments.
• Draft blog posts and vlog scripts for review and publish approved content to the website and social channels.

Required profile

• Ability to follow manager briefs and execute tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for data hygiene and source attribution.
• Good written communication for drafting copy and responding to enquiries.
