Digital Marketing Executive (UAE)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO/SEM, website management and content optimisation. The role aims to boost brand visibility, user engagement and campaign performance through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across print, digital, social and broadcast channels.
• Manage advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, MailChimp and Buffer.
• Monitor social media metrics, website performance and SEO/SEM best practices.
• Coordinate with agencies or internal creative teams to produce landing pages, ad copies and creative assets.
• Track performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare optimisation reports.
• Support marketing automation, CRM‑integrated campaigns and customer journey mapping.
• Research emerging digital trends, tools and competitor activities.
• Assist with digital budget management, purchase requests and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, campaign management and website handling.
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO/Analytics) are a plus.
• Strong creative and analytical mindset.
