Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to shape and execute its digital marketing strategy across the full lead‑generation and enrolment funnel. The role owns end‑to‑end digital performance, ensuring high‑quality leads, strong website results and measurable ROI while supporting the group’s educational mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own creative and brand visual identity strategies aligned with enrolment objectives.
• Act as custodian of brand visual identity, guaranteeing consistency across all schools and platforms.
• Lead the delivery of creative programmes from concept to execution across digital, video, motion, print and on‑ground environments.
• Manage and develop a team of Creative Officers supporting school‑level and HQ initiatives.
• Oversee localisation, adaptation and rollout of HQ‑led brand identities.
• Lead digital agency partners, maximise campaign output and drive effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for engagement, conversion and enrolment.
• Ensure strong website performance and optimise paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic, YouTube and GA4.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end digital campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.
• Experience leading creative teams and coordinating with external agencies.
