Digital Marketing Manager - Sales

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager – Sales will lead the end‑to‑end digital strategy for Al Masaood’s automotive brands, including Nissan, INFINITI, Renault and CPOV. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads, optimizing spend and integrating AI‑enabled solutions to boost marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° digital marketing plans aligned with sales targets and OEM requirements on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Own and optimise the digital marketing budget across paid media channels to maximise ROI.
• Lead performance‑marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor key metrics such as Cost‑per‑Lead, CTR, lead quality and conversion rates, and continuously refine campaigns.
• Manage creative development, campaign activations, product launches and co‑marketing initiatives with OEM teams.
• Oversee external agencies and vendors, ensuring cost‑efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
• Drive digital transformation through AI‑driven marketing, automation and emerging technologies.
• Build and mentor the digital marketing team while collaborating with Sales, CX, IT, Data Analytics and external partners.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record managing sizable budgets and agency relationships.
• Experience in automotive or performance‑driven industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable business results.
