Digital Marketing Manager – Shopify Expert

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep Shopify expertise to lead our e‑commerce growth across multiple regions. You will own the Shopify storefront, drive performance‑marketing campaigns, and craft high‑impact email and SMS flows while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify store end‑to‑end, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias) and landing‑page optimisation.
• Develop and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies, handling significant budgets to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Design, automate and optimise email/SMS journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart and win‑back sequences.
• Write native‑level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns.
• Analyse GA4 and Shopify Analytics data weekly, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Lead external freelancers (designers, video editors) to maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with excellent written communication.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proven track record of scaling e‑commerce brands through performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree (required for UAE “Manager” visa) and immediate availability.
