Digital Marketing Manager (UAE National)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will own HAYAH’s digital presence and drive measurable performance across all online channels. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to generate leads, quotes and policies for the UAE’s first fully digital life insurer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual digital marketing plan, budget and KPI framework aligned with commercial priorities.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns, including landing‑page testing and agency management.
• Lead SEO and AI‑search visibility initiatives, creating bilingual content that answers UAE residents’ insurance questions.
• Manage social media calendars, community engagement, online reputation and influencer collaborations across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Design lifecycle and CRM journeys (email, WhatsApp, push) for lead nurturing, onboarding, renewal and cross‑sell, while building a first‑party data foundation.
• Own GA4, tag management, attribution and dashboard reporting, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with proven ownership of paid media budgets, SEO, content and analytics.

• Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta (Facebook) advertising, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms.
• SEO, AI‑search optimisation, content strategy, website conversion rate optimisation.
• Marketing analytics: tag management, attribution modelling, dashboard creation, experimentation.
• Lifecycle and CRM marketing: email, WhatsApp, push notifications, marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Social media management, community engagement, influencer partnership coordination.
