Digital Marketing Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role

Alfa Laval is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to establish and grow digital channels within a defined sales region. You will lead a small team of digital marketing specialists and work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support web performance topics, focusing on organic/inorganic visits, SEO, AI search and traffic optimisation.
• Coordinate activities with digital agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Track and report KPIs related to website performance, visibility and campaign impact.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support execution through testing and continuous improvement.
• Share recommendations on new trends and best practices within search, web performance and digital marketing.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Four‑year degree in business, analytics, statistics, data science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the MEA region when required.
