Digital Marketing Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to join our Dubai team. In this role you will manage and execute full‑funnel digital marketing campaigns driven by data insights. You will collaborate daily with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign success and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of campaigns across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and programmatic channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and execute media plans and scheduling to meet performance and creative objectives.
• Partner with brand and platform teams to introduce new ideas, share best practices and innovate social media strategies.
• Build comprehensive performance reports tracking ROI and KPI metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor emerging digital tools, platforms and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the local media landscape.
• Proven experience in media planning, media management and campaign implementation.
• Agency experience is a plus.
