Digital Marketing Specialist – Full‑Funnel Campaign Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team, responsible for managing and executing full‑funnel digital campaigns driven by data insights. You will work closely with brand, platform and stakeholder teams to ensure campaign success and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of campaigns across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and programmatic channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and execute media plans and schedules to meet performance and creative objectives.
• Collaborate with brand and platform teams to introduce innovative social media ideas and share best practices.
• Build comprehensive performance reports tracking ROI and KPI metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Monitor emerging digital tools, platforms and trends to keep Deliveroo at the forefront of innovation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or media, preferably with agency exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the local UAE media landscape.
• Proven track record in media planning, management and campaign implementation.
• Ability to adopt a consumer‑centric, data‑driven approach.
