Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tanani Properties is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join its growing Marketing team in Dubai. You will design, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive online engagement, and generate high‑quality leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
• Plan, create and run engaging social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) to maximise lead generation and ROI.
• Create compelling content such as graphics, videos, reels, blogs and promotional materials.
• Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Update website content, landing pages and digital ads for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword optimisation and best‑practice content implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Previous experience in the real‑estate industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
