Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and lead data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels. The role will combine strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis to maximize ROI and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and shape digital marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Design and oversee email marketing strategies, including outbound, inbound retargeting, and automation journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Perform A/B testing and analytics to improve website, ad, and email performance.
• Conduct advanced analysis and reporting using GA4, heat‑map tools, and behavioral recording platforms like Mouseflow and Lucky Orange.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Create presentations and dashboards with PowerPoint, Excel, Google Data Studio, and Power BI.
