Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Vachi Storage is looking for a hands‑on Digital Specialist to own and grow its online presence across paid and organic channels. You will be the single point of responsibility for media buying, creative production, performance analysis and brand consistency as the company expands to new UAE markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Meta ad accounts end‑to‑end, including campaign structure, audiences, budgets and pacing.
• Run paid campaigns on Reddit and emerging platforms where target customers are active.
• Own monthly marketing spend and be accountable for cost‑per‑acquisition results.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube; organise and art‑direct photo shoots across facilities.
• Produce high‑volume ad creative and maintain a live testing pipeline.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences and landing pages to drive CPA down.
• Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.
• Support PR initiatives, media relationships and brand partnerships while keeping tone consistent.
• Prepare digital foundations for new city launches: localized website pages, Google Business Profile, local SEO, directory citations and review infrastructure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably agency‑side across multiple accounts.
• Demonstrable expertise with Meta Ads Manager (non‑negotiable).
• Working knowledge of Reddit, TikTok and YouTube as both organic and paid channels.
• Hands‑on video and photo production ability, including editing.
• Comfort with analytics, spreadsheets and attribution modeling.
• Fundamental understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile and citation management.
• Self‑directed and able to operate without a supervising marketing team.
