Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Brand & Experience team in Dubai to lead full‑funnel digital marketing campaigns driven by data insights. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure campaign success and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and programmatic platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and execute media plans and scheduling to meet performance and creative objectives.
• Collaborate with brand, platform and cross‑functional teams to generate new ideas, share best practices and drive innovative social‑media strategies.
• Build comprehensive performance reports, tracking ROI, KPI metrics and providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Monitor emerging digital tools, platforms and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or media, preferably within a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the local media landscape and proven track record in media planning, management and campaign execution.
• Ability to adopt a consumer‑centric, data‑driven approach and thrive in a test‑and‑learn culture.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising suite.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and related analytics tools.
• Campaign management on TikTok and Snapchat platforms.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising solutions.
