Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join White Bricks Real Estate’s marketing team in Dubai. Working in a hybrid setting, you will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that showcase the company’s property portfolio and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web traffic and generate regular reports.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to increase traffic, conversions and lead quality.
• Collaborate with sales and listing teams to ensure consistent messaging and support new property launches.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media and online marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in real‑estate or property marketing in the UAE is a plus.
