Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence, generate B2B leads, and deliver consistent brand messaging across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the Group's websites, including SEO and on‑page optimization.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) within approved budgets.
• Drive B2B lead generation in coordination with the Sales team.
• Produce brochures, datasheets, email campaigns, and newsletters.
• Track performance through Google Analytics and platform insights, and report recommendations.
• Support exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events with digital promotion.
• Monitor competitor activity and trends in the power generation sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (UAE university graduates preferred).
• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong portfolio will be considered.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Organized and creative with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Working knowledge of social media management, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
