Digital Marketing Specialist – LinkedIn Focused (IT Consultancy)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to boost brand authority and pipeline for our IT consultancy. The role is centred on LinkedIn‑first strategies, technical content creation and performance campaigns that align with our cloud, cybersecurity and digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn‑first marketing strategies to position the company as a trusted IT consulting partner.
• Build executive thought leadership around digital transformation, IT outsourcing, managed services and enterprise architecture.
• Create and manage service‑line campaigns for cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure and digital transformation programs.
• Produce high‑quality technical content such as migration guides, best‑practice articles, case studies, whitepapers and value‑proposition documents.
• Implement SEO tactics targeting high‑intent keywords and optimise website landing pages for conversion.
• Manage paid media on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and retargeting display campaigns to generate MQLs and support SQL conversion.
• Design multi‑touch nurture journeys using email marketing and automation tools for long‑term prospect engagement.
• Plan and promote webinars, workshops and executive roundtables on cybersecurity, cloud adoption, AI and IT modernization.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience within IT consulting, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services or technology services.
• Proven success running LinkedIn B2B campaigns targeting enterprise decision‑makers.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO platforms, marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation processes.
