Digital Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Performance Marketing Manager leads lower-funnel digital marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, conversion and ROI optimization. The role requires strong technical expertise in ad tech, first-party data and automation tools, and ensures alignment with overall paid media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run lower-funnel strategies across search, display, programmatic and affiliate platforms, and build scalable performance marketing frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA and conversion rates using advanced analytics and attribution models, including multi-touch attribution and first-party data.
• Manage API integrations, lead automation initiatives and evaluate new ad tech tools while staying compliant with data privacy regulations.
• Work with the Media Planning & Strategy Manager, analytics, data science, creative teams and external vendors to coordinate campaigns across the full funnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising and campaign optimization.
• Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns across search, display, programmatic and affiliate channels.
