Digital Sales Manager

About the role

As a Digital Sales Manager at SAP, you will lead a high‑performing team that drives revenue growth for the corporate segment through digital‑first sales motions. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on coaching to build a world‑class sales organization that leverages social, video and content‑driven engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and execute SAP’s Corporate Digital Sales strategy, prioritising growth areas aligned with market potential.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Digital Sales Executives to exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive lead generation, demand creation and deal execution in partnership with Marketing, Partner Management and Line‑of‑Business teams.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders, remove obstacles and maintain strong partner and customer relationships.
• Support top‑tier deals, manage escalations and ensure compliance with SAP’s commercial policies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of digital sales motions, SaaS business models and multi‑channel go‑to‑market strategies.
• Expertise in sales planning, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and results‑driven mindset.
