About the role

The Digital & Social Media Executive will own and optimise the organisation’s digital presence across all online platforms. You will ensure content is published consistently, engages audiences, and aligns with business and communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all digital communications.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate content publishing across the website, intranet and social channels, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Monitor performance analytics, generate insights and produce regular reports on digital performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Support SEO optimisation, ensuring content is structured for search visibility and identifying opportunities to increase traffic.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers to gather requirements and ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.
• Work closely with content and design teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns.
• Maintain high standards of digital quality, resolve platform issues promptly and ensure a positive user experience.
