Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive to lead the online presence of Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. You will develop and execute digital strategies that drive visibility, direct bookings and engagement across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the hotel’s digital footprint on websites, OTAs, social platforms and partner sites.
• Create and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with Mövenpick brand standards.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social and digital media campaigns to increase bookings.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar and produce engaging organic content.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and produce actionable reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure brand compliance and content quality.
• Manage content on Accor.com, Mövenpick.com and third‑party platforms.
• Plan and execute email marketing programmes in line with the annual plan.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Marketing teams to boost enquiries and conversions.
• Coordinate with agencies and partners for campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
