Digital Story Experience Producer – AI Characters & Digital Humans

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized and technically curious Digital Story Experience Producer to coordinate the development of interactive story experiences that feature AI characters, digital humans and immersive environments. The role bridges narrative, character, interaction and technology, guiding concepts from early story development through prototyping, testing and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end production of AI‑driven story experiences, translating creative concepts into production plans, schedules and deliverables.
• Work closely with narrative designers, writers, character designers, AI specialists, UX/UI designers, 3D artists, animators and developers to align story, character behavior and technical implementation.
• Manage prototypes, iterative development, playtests and production checkpoints, tracking dependencies across dialogue, voice, animation, assets and real‑time engines.
• Support AI and conversational teams in developing prompts, system instructions and evaluation criteria for AI‑driven characters.
• Maintain documentation, monitor narrative continuity and character consistency, and resolve production risks and technical blockers.

Required profile

• BA/MA in Digital Media, Interactive Media, Game Design, Narrative Design, HCI, Computer Science, AI or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative or technology projects in interactive media, game development or immersive experiences.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, narrative structure, character development and interactive design, especially with branching or AI‑driven narratives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between creative, design, AI and technical teams.
• Portfolio showcasing at least three relevant digital, interactive or immersive projects.
