Digital Transformation Assistant Manager – Retail Banking

About the role

The Digital Transformation Assistant supports the Digital Transformation team by coordinating, tracking, reporting and administering key activities across the Retail Banking Group. The role assists with headcount tracking, vendor coordination, financial reporting, employee engagement and internal communications, ensuring operational and governance tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain headcount trackers, support reporting on resource movements, vacancies, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on onboarding, off‑boarding, renewals and documentation, maintaining records and escalating delays.
• Assist in updating budget, invoice and expense trackers, gather stakeholder inputs and help prepare periodic financial reports.
• Support the organization of town halls, monthly digital stand‑ups, workshops, recognition activities and team events, handling logistics and feedback collection.
• Prepare and coordinate internal communications such as newsletters, videos, bulletins and employee awareness campaigns, as well as external materials like award submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business operations or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of digital productivity and automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot).
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working is an advantage.
