About the role
The Digital Transformation Associate Project Manager will drive the delivery of multiple agile technology solutions across large programmes, ensuring consistency through the PMO and Scrum Masters while building capability within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and improve online customer experience and expand the digital product portfolio.
- Lead customer outreach initiatives to exceed service quality expectations.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on digital transformation progress.
- Support internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication across the division.
- Plan, manage, report and coordinate resources for projects in line with business requirements.
- Coordinate with site and external stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact.
- Manage relationships with third‑party digital delivery partners.
- Act as a digital consultant, shaping strategies, roadmaps and product solutions.
- Define and scope digital engagements, establish operating models and lead transition from sales to delivery.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from vision and UX design through development and release.
