Digital Workplace Engineer – AI‑Enabled Automation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE institution that is building a digital‑first, AI‑enabled financial services organisation. As a Digital Workplace Engineer you will shape the employee experience by delivering automation, AI‑powered support, and modern cloud‑native workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated joiner, mover, and leaver workflows using Microsoft Entra, Graph API and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop AI‑powered service desk processes that automate employee requests and support tickets.
• Manage zero‑touch device provisioning, application deployment and workplace automation through Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and corporate SaaS platforms using configuration‑as‑code and automation practices.
• Deploy and support AI productivity tools, including workplace assistants and employee enablement initiatives.
• Create self‑healing automation, telemetry and monitoring solutions to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience building workplace technology automation or digital workplace solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Graph API, identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Strong background in Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and SaaS administration.
• Experience with AI‑driven service desks, chatbots or similar automation platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and development using PowerShell, Python, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in banking, financial services or other regulated environments is a plus.
